DCIM’s exclusive at-show concept, Walk-in, Walk-out Event Management, will give you the ability to walk into the event one hour before the show begins and walk out no more than thirty minutes after the show ends.

Exhibit Installation ​

• Stage freight, inspect and crate inventory
• Supervision of installation and dismantling trained crews
• Complete control of all elements to installation including cable management, flooring, framing, 
  cladding, graphics and lighting
• Ensures that installation is per set up drawings/renderings
• Client sign-off that all work is complete and ready for show opening at least 24 hours prior to opening

Open and Close Exhibit during Tradeshow
Prior to exhibit opening each day:

• Unlock cabinets/closets; pull and place items that were stored
• Ensure product, equipment, media is functioning
• Replenish product, literature, giveaways

During exhibit days, a DCIM representative is available at all times:

• Assist with requests such as structure concerns, last-minute graphic needs, catering, media maintenance,
  guest speakers and promotions
• Check technology, media and functioning of all equipment
• Check supply of coffee supplies (if applicable) and water bottles
• Maintain clean booth appearance throughout show

After exhibit closing each day:

• Store items in cabinets and closets and lock
• Determine other needs from the customer for the following day

Exhibit Dismantle

• Obtain and review all show services invoices for accuracy
• Care and handling of all client's graphics, personal items, and custom materials
• Assistance to client for personal needs
• Supervise and stage all empty crates, fibers and skids; repair any damages
• Supervise dismantling of exhibit components and pack in appropriate shipping containers 
  while noting wear and tear
• Label all crates for outbound shipment
• Complete bill of lading and verify piece counts
• Supervise truck loading to ensure proper handling and optimize truck space
• Final storage of exhibit materials

Post Show Follow up

• Account Manager to communicate with customer on “what worked/what needs improvement” for next event
• Create a plan for modifications and improvements for next tradeshow
• Account Manager to internally discuss proposed changes in policy and procedures
