Tradeshow Materials Return to DCIM Warehouse
Your exhibit returns to DCIM’s warehouse, we perform an inbound inspection which includes a full inventory reconciliation as well noting any repairs that might be required.
  • Unload truck while cross referencing material transmittal forms 
    and bills of lading
  • Inspect all crates, fibers and skids prior to staging for post-show review
  • Pull all items requested by client to return to their headquarters
    (shipping and tracking information will be provided by account manager)

​Post-show Review
  • Itemize repair and replacement of all materials
  • Review of on-site supervisor’s post-show report with an overall evaluation of the show along with any issues that might have arisen on site andor improvements for the next show
  • Overall discuss the tradeshow’s return on investment and activities
  • Return items into inventory (physically in warehouse and digitally in tradeshow system)

Budget Reconciliation
Your final invoice will be accompanied by a show reconciliation form that compares the original estimates to the actual costs along with an explanation of variances that might have occurred.
  • Note your preapproved requests made after the pre-show budget invoice or other preapproved requests that fall outside the budget line items
  • Compare actuals to budget per line item with justification
  • DCIM recommends adjustments to budget amounts for next year’s tradeshow
