​A premier “perk” when working with DCIM is our expertise in handling all show services through the show contractor. This means you “don’t have to lift a finger” or worry about show forms, deadlines, and dealing with post-show billing problems. DCIM handles it all without ANY upcharges!

You will be assigned a professional and productive DCIM account manager who will address the day-to-day event needs so you  may be available to address the overall strategic goals of the tradeshow.
DCIM Account Management ​
  • Determine what show services are required, DCIM to complete forms within the discount deadline 
  • Determine estimated clerical costs for form completion
  • Develop and maintain show budget with pre-show and post show invoicing
    Note: show services of drayage, electrical, daily cleaning (if requested) and rigging will be arranged by DCIM and pre-paid by DCIM without any markups; DCIM to include costs of show services in the final invoice
  • Conduct frequent meetings with you to communicate exhibit production, marketing (graphics, promotions), material resourcing and budget updates
  • Research and build relationships with the tradeshow associations so to meet early deadlines and best decorating/utility needs for you while reinforcing your existing leadership role in the industry
  • Oversee exhibit production including efficiencies in inventory control, installation/dismantling techniques for budget savings
  • Customize DCIM’s content management system, TIM 2.0 (tradeshow inventory management online system) to streamline your and DCIM’s communication, scheduling and inventory management
  • Communicate with you throughout the trade show so that DCIM is aware of changes, updates and needs
  • Conduct post-show meeting with you to review the trade show's return on investment
